1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by BotBari(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including custom AI development, Web/Mobile software engineering, SaaS solutions, and Cyber Security audits, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our platforms or subscribing to our services.

2. Scope of Services

BotBari specializes in cutting-edge digital transformation services. Scope details, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria for bespoke engineering are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Statement of Work (SOW) documents executed between BotBari and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, platform templates, custom source code, brand assets, logos, and UI designs developed prior to or during client engagements remain the intellectual property of BotBari, unless explicitly transferred under written contract upon full payment settlement. Clients retain complete ownership of their proprietary business data and trade secrets provided to BotBari.

4. Data Confidentiality & Security

BotBari maintains strict end-to-end data encryption protocols (AES-256 / SSL/TLS) and GDPR-aligned confidentiality standards. We never train public AI models on private client data. Confidential information disclosed during consultation or development will not be shared with third parties without explicit authorization.

5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Service fees, subscription rates, and milestone payments are specified during project initiation. Payments must be remitted as per agreed schedules via approved banking or online channels.

* Initial deposit payments for bespoke software engineering are non-refundable once development milestones have commenced, except as stipulated in specific project agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotBari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, business disruption, or data loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access beyond reasonable security controls, server outages, or client misconfigurations.
